The Chief Marketing Officer will develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to support sales, product management and guide to shape the evolving strategic vision of the company. In this role, the candidate will work with other key members of the Executive Team and cross-functional team members to ensure alignment, execution, and optimisation of marketing programs. The CMO will help SiO4 achieve its vision and objectives by focusing on marketing technology, research, Web, media, public relations, product marketing, thought leadership, corporate marketing, branding and events functions. This positon will greatly contribute to the current SiO4 and SAFE HOUSE brand offerings as well as future products and services.


  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to define the key value proposition for the company and its products.
  • Create effective lead generation programs to minimise sales cycle and assist sales in converting prospects to customers.
  • Develop, carry out and manage the marcom strategy for public relations and customer engagement through multiple channels such as Web, social media, press, and more.
  • Engage and support product management to deliver the go-to-market process from the entire product lifecycle.
  • Manage and guide outside analyst firm, PR and creative agencies.
  • Evangelise products and services to media outlets and industry analysts.
  • Drive media engagements for the company’s key executives and technology leaders.
  • Develop strategic planning to tactical activities including PRDs and MRDs with product management.
  • Attend strategic sales and partner meetings when required.
  • Build and manage sales tools – collateral, presentations, white papers, reports and other documents as required.
  • Attend global events and analyst/journalist briefings.
  • Manage analyst firm to deliver market intelligence to product management and sales.
  • Align products and solutions messaging to support the company’s overall strategic goals.


  • 15+ years of technical marketing experience, including marketing leadership roles within the cyber security market.
  • Distinctive problem solving and thought leadership, including a strong track record of independently and proactively identifying bold and creative new initiatives, building a strong business case for them and leading their implementation.
  • Experience deploying an annual marketing budget across a variety of different channels and programs (direct sales/partners/channel).
  • Hands-on approach as a sole contributor.
  • MBA degree preferred


  • BS required in Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing
  • MBA preferred
