Description:

The Product Manager will report directly to the CTO. This position will be the primary contributor to drive the complete SAFE HOUSE product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the lifecycle of the product lines and work with major cross-functional teams to deliver SiO4’s products and solutions to the market in a timely manner.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire product line life cycle from inception to EOL including product roadmaps.
  • Develop strategic planning to tactical activities including PRDs and MRDs (Enterprise/SMB markets)
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products and define the product vision with the CTO
  • Create relationships through visits to customers and prospects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development/Engineering, CTO, Sales and Marketing)
  • Implement go-to-market plans, working with all departments for successful execution
  • Analyze and develop potential partner relationships
  • Drive product launches with respective teams
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to determine and ensure revenue goals are met
  • Align products and solutions to support the company’s overall strategic goals.
  • Manage alpha and beta programs in early-stage development
  • Set pricing models
  • Brief and train sales, marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Attend events and analyst/journalist briefings
 
Requirements:

  • 5+ years successful track record in product management
  • Demonstrated successful product launches in OEM and Enterprise/SMB markets
  • Technical background with 5+ years experience in network and/or data security market
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must be able to work as a sole contributor and as a team player in a remote environment
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time

Education:

  • BS required in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management or related field

  • Fluent in English both oral as well as written language
